Factory Overview
Xi’an Aerospace Huayang Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. is a branch of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) with a history of more than 50 years. The company was founded in 1999. It currently has more than 800 employees and specializes in research, development and manufacturing of printing and packaging machinery, including CI flexographic printing machines, precision coating machines, wallpaper production equipment and carton pre-printing machines. Products are widely used in flexible packaging, sanitary packaging, liquid packaging, color boxes and paper cups prodcution, paper bag printing, corrugate preprint, fabric printing, in a production of water treatment film, adhesive tape, optical film, electronic material film, function film and other fields.
Aerospace Huayang’s flexo printing machines and coating machines have a large market share in China and are exported to more than 40 countries around the world, including well-known companies such as INTERNATIONAL PAPER, 3M, TOKUYAMA, APP, BOX PAK, and BREWSTER.
Manufacturing Capacity
The company currently has a production and manufacturing space of more than 60,000 square meters, with 560 sets of various precision processing and testing equipment, and has full process capabilities of welding, precision machining, heat treatment, painting, precision assembly, electromechanical debugging, printing and coating test runs. Ensure that every component processing, every assembly, and debugging process are carried out in compliance with strict quality standards.
Quality Control System
Huayang has strict quality control standards for the manufacturing process. The production of all parts is subject to inspection and control in accordance with precision manufacturing requirements to ensure that the accuracy, stability and safety of the entire machine are optimal. The company has passed ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification, and its products have passed SGS certification and EU CE safety certification.
R & D Capacity
The R&D center, consisting of 120 experienced engineers, is largest R&D center for printing & packaging machine in China. So far, Huayang has boasted with more than 60 national patents and key technologies. Technical-oriented concept is the key factor that keeps Huayang always striving for innovation.
